Mentoring is a guidance-driven relationship focused on your holistic growth and development, both personally and professionally. While coaches—be they life, business, or leadership coaches—tend to concentrate on helping you achieve specific, short-term goals or overcome immediate challenges, a mentor can do that and more. Mentors draw on their own breadth of experience to help you not only reach your next milestone, but also see the bigger picture and position yourself for long-term success.

Unlike teaching, which often follows a set curriculum to impart knowledge, mentoring is more flexible and personalised. Your mentor supports you as an individual, using their insights, networks, and understanding of future opportunities to ensure your development goes well beyond meeting today’s targets. In essence, mentoring can encompass the immediate, goal-focused aspects of coaching while remaining committed to your ongoing journey and long-term aspirations.

Yes, you can reschedule at any time with a 2-hour notice. We offer unlimited reschedules, as we understand things come up. 

You can pay using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe.

Refunds are available if no sessions have been booked, or if you accidentally purchased the wrong package/session. Refunds are not provided after a mentor session has taken place. 

We do not offer payment plans but provide discounted package options. Our Tier 4 subscription is the only recurring plan.

Yes, you can purchase additional sessions or packages at any time.

Yes! If you purchased a package, you can book multiple sessions in advance for up to 30 days. 

Your purchase does not expire—you can use it anytime.

Yes, you can select a new mentor for future sessions. 

If you didn’t provide at least 2 hours’ notice, the session will be considered missed.
