While coaches—be they life, business, or leadership coaches—tend to concentrate on helping you achieve specific, short-term goals or overcome immediate challenges, a mentor can do that and more. Mentors draw on their own breadth of experience to help you not only reach your next milestone, but also see the bigger picture and position yourself for long-term success.
Unlike teaching, which often follows a set curriculum to impart knowledge, mentoring is more flexible and personalised. Your mentor supports you as an individual, using their insights, networks, and understanding of future opportunities to ensure your development goes well beyond meeting today’s targets. In essence, mentoring can encompass the immediate, goal-focused aspects of coaching while remaining committed to your ongoing journey and long-term aspirations.
To select a specific mentor, simply navigate to our mentor directory. You can access the directory by clicking the “Find Your Mentor” button on our homepage, using the mentor icon located near your profile in the top right corner, or by clicking the “Browse Your Mentor” button on the homepage. Once you identify a mentor you’re interested in doing sessions with, view their profile to learn more about their expertise and availability, then book your sessions directly through their profile.
To purchase a session or package, follow these steps:
Select a Mentor: Click on the profile of the mentor you’re interested in. The mentor’s tier will indicate the session prices.
Check Availability: On their profile, you’ll see an availability calendar displaying open session slots.
Choose Your Package: Under the calendar, click the “Choose Your Package” button to view the available session packages and pricing options.
Purchase & Credit: Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive session credits that allow you to book sessions with any mentor in that same tier. If you try to book a session without available credits, you’ll be prompted to purchase a package.
This streamlined process makes it easy to find a mentor, select a package, and start booking sessions with the guidance you need.
Yes, you can reschedule at any time with a 2-hour notice. We offer unlimited reschedules, as we understand things come up. However, rescheduling is not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled start time. To keep your session credit, please make any changes to your booking well in advance.
Yes, you can cancel your session at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time without losing your session credit.
If you try to cancel within 2 hours of the session, you will lose your session credit, and a message will appear letting you know before you confirm the cancellation.
To keep your credit, make sure to cancel more than 2 hours in advance.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring a fast, safe, and seamless checkout experience.
Refunds are available if you haven’t booked any sessions or if you accidentally purchased the wrong package or session. Please note that if you cancel within two hours of your scheduled start time, you will lose one session credit. Once a mentor session has been completed, refunds cannot be provided. To initiate the refund process, please email billing@mentorconnect.net with your session details and the reason for your refund request.
We do not offer payment plans but provide discounted package options. Our Tier 4 subscription is the only recurring plan.

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. You can choose packages from different tiers or purchase additional sessions within your current tier, allowing you to tailor your mentorship experience to your evolving needs.
Yes! If you purchased a package, you can book multiple sessions in advance for up to 30 days.
Your purchase does not expire—you can use it anytime.
Yes, you can change mentors after selecting one. You have the flexibility to choose a new mentor within the same tier using your existing session credits. Please note that credits purchased for a specific tier can only be used to book sessions with mentors within that tier.
If you miss your session without providing at least 2 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show, and your session credit will be forfeited.
